Cyber Boot Camp

Cyber Boot Camp is a annual training camp held at both Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories (Albuquerque, New Mexico and Los Alamos, New Mexico). This year we will be hosting this event virtually and in-person.

Here we are taught in a hands-on environment about topics such as:
  • Host forensics
  • Cryptography
  • Reverse engineering
  • Dev ops
  • Operational red-teaming
  • Malware analysis
  • Network infrastructure security
  • And more!

Get a chance to be taught by dedicated professionals and increase your experience and networking! We will be holding two days of instruction from each lab.

Event goes January 9th - 15th, 2022.
Registration closes at midnight on October 29.
Limited to 15 participants in-person and 15 digitally.

Lockpicking Competition

Join us for our annual lockpicking competition! Attendees will each be given a standard keylock and be tasked to open it with a lockpicking toolset, and the winner receives a year subscription to 2600: The Hacker Quarterly! Practice sessions held during general meetings before the event.

Entry fee is $5.
October 23rd from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Computer Science Building Rm. 121.
Limited to 10 participants.
In-person only.

Weekly Meetings

Come join us for our weekly ACM Security meeting! We talk about a variety of interesting cybersecurity-related subjects, provide beginner/medium/advanced level training, and get up to our elbows in hands-on activities. Come in any time during the meeting.
